`Choice of off-line speakers`

The following exceptions were made to the rule "Pick the male and the female speaker with the least number of recording sessions from each country":

LT: only one speaker; no off-line speaker from LT.

PT: only five speakers, three male and two female. Picked the first male speaker with least sessions.

CH: besides 10 speakers of French there is one speaker from each of Macedonian (F033), German (M048), Polish (M050), Spanish (M061), Dutch (M071), an Arabic (F005). Since there are so many French speaking subjects in other countries, we just take one (male) French-speaking Swiss.

TR: M042 has only 3 sessions, but all MOT02 items are empty. So we pick M010 (9 sessions) instead.

FR: F035 has the fewest number of sessions (3) but she doesn't speak French in her MOT-phrases.
