Presentation guidelines

Oral

Each presentation slot is 40 minutes. Your talk should be about 30 minutes long, leaving 10 minutes for discussion.

You can either bring your presentation on a memory stick or bring your own laptop (with VGA output). There will be speakers available if you need to play any audio.

Poster/Demo

Your poster should not be larger than A0 size.

Each demo will be assigned a separate room. WLAN will be available if you need internet connection for your demo. If you need any other equipment, please contact the organisers in advace.
