Hotel Roc et Neige in the town of Chateau-d'Oex-Vaud in the 'alpes vaudoises' in the Lake Geneva region of Switzerland.

Hotel Roc et Neige is located in Château-d'Oex (Vaud), at a 5 minute walking distance from the town center, and close to the train station. The easiest way to get to Château-d'Oex is by train. There are regular train connections between Château-d'Oex and Geneva airport; travel time by train is 2:15-2:30 hours. You must change trains in Montreux (and for some connections also in Lausanne also). More information on trains can be found at SBB CFF FFS Travel Online, using Genève-Aéroport (or Genève if you are not leaving from the airport) and Château-d'Oex as destination and departure cities. There is also a connection between Château-d'Oex and Zurich airport that takes about 4 hours.

Workshop participants should check in to the hotel Roc et Neige after 5 pm on August 28; there is welcome reception beginning at 17.00; the first workshop session starts at 18:45 and dinner will be held at 20:00. Unfortunately, the hotel is fully booked before and after the workshop, so it is not possible for participants to arrive earlier or stay later at the hotel. (See program).
