So far, our turn-taking tests have been done in the CHIL project on data from other members of the CHIL consortium. We are therefore unable to publish the test data, but the results are available in articles. Future work includes on-line turn-taking tests within Higgins domains.
Higgins Turn-taking 1
This is a perceptual test where 20 subjects judged manually constructed turn-taking stimuli. The test was done within the CHIL project. The data must remain unavailable due to copyright considerations, but results are published in the proceedings of Nordic Prosody IX (see the Publications section).
Higgins Turn-taking 2
This is a production test where 8 where told to intterrupt a speaker they heard in headphones by pushing a button. The test was done within the CHIL project. The data must remain unavailable due to copyright considerations, but results are published in the proceedings of Nordic Prosody IX (see the Publications section).
Higgins Turn-taking 3
This is perception test on a very small control group to check that the results obtained in Higgins Turn-taking 1 seem valid for untested strong prosodic boundaries as well. The test results indicate that they would. The test was done within the CHIL project. The data must remain unavailable due to copyright considerations, but results are published in the proceedings of Nordic Prosody IX (see the Publications section).
