SMAC 03 Hotels

A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in the vicinity of KTH for SMAC 03 (see map above).

The prices below include VAT and breakfast.

Hotel reservations can be made using the online registration, payment and hotel booking service. Deadline for reservations is July 1.

Please note that the hotel bill will be settled in Swedish crowns (SEK). The prices above are in euro. As a rule of thumb 1 EUR = 1 USD = 9 SEK (For exchange rates, try Personal Currency Assistant™).

Hotel accommodation will be reserved when Congrex has received your registration form, together with the hotel deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill upon presentation of the participant's personal voucher, which will be issued upon registration in Stockholm. Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel category if the desired accommodation should be fully booked. After the deadline for hotel reservation, Congrex cannot guarantee a hotel room or the preferential rate. The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed on the registration form should you check out before the confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.
