I save the pitch value to a file and for each frame, we have 4 values,

e.g, 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.407993018627
the first one is the pitch, what are the others?

For ESPS pitch extraction the output list will contain four fields for each frame. They are pitch, probability of voicing, local root mean squared measurements, and the peak normalized cross-correlation value that was found to determine the output pitch value.
It's the same function as http://www.speech.kth.se/snack/man/snack2.2/tcl-man.html#spitch
The source code itself is of course the final authority.
