Hallo! 'icon_lol.gif' 'icon_rolleyes.gif'
People speaking without moving the lips are hard to understand the same for animated characters in 2D or 3D!
I need help - and perhaps you too if you want to have your own Donald Duck on Internet or some other character.
Someone who has a link to share to a nice program - a lip sync generator - neural or not - if possible freeware...

There are lip-sync generators already but integrated in programs:
Look at this:
http://www.caligari.com/store/trueSpace/tS52Features.asp?Cate=STtrueSpace

trueSpace 5.2 includes a new Facial Animator tool that generates animated human facial muscle movements directly from speech or text input using high level animation controls. trueSpace 5.2 also features Key Frame Editor enhancements for better control of the animation process.

Facial Animator uses our new sophisticated neural network-based automatic Lip-Sync engine and provides great tools for advanced character animation.

Silo is working on something with lipsync!!!

And it says:
As an experiment we programmed a neural network into Silo that learns to differentiate among the different phonemes (mouth shapes and accompanying sounds) your voice makes as you speak into a microphone. We hooked it up so that it will morph betweeen different mouth poses on your 3D model as it hears you speak, so you can talk and watch your model mouth your words at the same time you're speaking them, in real time.

And a European program for lip sync:

Well after some months there have been 66 visits to what I asked for
but no reply!
Why javascript:emoticon('icon_question.gif')

This is from the presentation of WaveSurfer:
It is an Open Source tool for sound visualization javascript:emoticon('icon_lol.gif')
and manipulation javascript:emoticon('icon_twisted.gif')

WaveSurfer can also serve as a platform for more advanced/specialized applications javascript:emoticon('icon_idea.gif')
This is accomplished either through extending the WaveSurfer application with new custom plug-ins or by embedding WaveSurfer visualization components in other application javascript:emoticon('icon_exclaim.gif')

javascript:emoticon('icon_arrow.gif') Please some respons from someone on something on visualizing sound through moving the lips javascript:emoticon('icon_lol.gif')
sure the eyes they are speaking too javascript:emoticon('icon_rolleyes.gif')
So come on you good guys and dolls. Say something about animation... moving the lips, and uttering some sounds.

Some tips! I need it and you need it to beat Disney and the other bad guys and dolls hypnotizing us with their lipmovements and soundchecking
