I just downloaded the windows binary for 1.7.1 because I was hoping it would fix a problem I encountered in 1.7.0. However, it did the same. I think it has to do with the feature of having non-contiguous labels. When you move a label boundary, it now only moves the start or end of a label, but not the start of the next label, or end of the previous label. Is there an option to set so both boundaries will be moved automatically? When correcting a large number of transcription files you want to minimize the number of boundaries you have to move. Moreover, when you do move both boundaries it seems difficult to get them aligned again.

I've fixed the problem, you can download a new version of the WaveSurfer transcription format plug-in here http://www.speech.kth.se/~kare/transcription_format_ws.plug

It will of course be part of the next release as well.
