We have encountered a problem when working with the preferences of the formant plot pane and other panes.
When the formants are recalculated (changed down-sampling frequency, changed LPC coeff no, etc.) focus is impossible to reassign to, say, a transcription pane.
More specific, lables are made impossible to move, edit or select. The quickest solution is to reload the transcription, which might not have been saved (forgotten or so...).

The system i have encountered this on is Debian i386 2.6, not sure how things are on other systems.
