Software

These are software projects that I am currently involved with.

Jindigo

http://www.jindigo.net

Jindigo is a Java-based open source framework for developing and experimenting with incremental spoken dialog systems. It is the successor of the Higgins spoken dialogue system framework that I previously worked with. Jindigo is till at a very stage of development and there is little or no documentation, but source code and binaries can be downloaded from the link above.

Higgins Annotation Tool

http://www.speech.kth.se/hat

The Higgins Annotation Tool can be used to transcribe and annotate speech with one or more audio tracks (such as dialogue). The annotation is saved in an XML format.

The program is implemented in Tcl/Tk and based on the Snack/Wavesurfer libraries developed at TMH. Binaries for Windows (a single .exe file) can be downloaded from the link above.

Apart from using the program in my own research, it is currently being used in the Spontal project at TMH.
