Research
My research focuses on machine learning techniques for automatic speech recognition. I am particularly interested in unsupervised learning methods. During my PhD studies I developed the low latency phoneme recogniser in the Synface prototype. I have also been working with the analysis of accent variation in the pronunciation of Swedish. Currently I work at modelling language acquisition in the early stage of infant developmental.
