Erik V. Jansson 

I am Associate Professor of Music Acoustics and responsible for the Music Acoustics course 2F1212. I have worked with acoustics of musical instruments, mainly the violin, but also the guitar and brass instrument bells. Much of my work is summarized in a popular form in a compendium "Acoustics for Violin and Guitar Makers". Many of my scientific papers have been republished in the Benchmark Papers in Acoustics and in Research Papers of Violin Acoustics 1975-1993.
